OravaOS is a global platform starting in New Zealand. The architecture, clinical frameworks, and regulatory mapping are designed from the outset to localise across jurisdictions, not retrofitted market by market. We're building here first because this is where we know the problems most intimately.

Every clinical record, care plan, and staff training log is mapped against audit criteria in real time. Compliance isn't a separate workflow, it's a continuous output of the clinical documentation and care delivery already happening in the system. Gaps surface as tasks for clinical managers before they become findings.

OravaOS is FHIR HL7 native, so interoperability is foundational rather than bolted on. We're building direct integration with InterRAI, medication dispensing partners, Xero, and other systems already in your environment.

All clinical data is hosted in AWS ap-southeast-2 (Sydney), with encryption in transit and at rest. All personally identifiable and protected health information is redacted before any data leaves the hosting environment, including for AI processing, which runs entirely on AWS Bedrock models to keep everything in-region. We're building toward SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certification as we scale.
